Profiles

Roy Garcia. Director.
Starts at age 16 as a profesional illustrator for several magazines & newspapers.
Bachellor Degree on Design at U.B.A. Starts to work in advertising at
Agulla & Baccetti and becomes Head of Art of the Agency.
During this period he wins several awards as Art Director at Cannes Festival.
Besides work he starts to colaborate with musicians, artist & fashion designers.
Directs several Music Videos and wins a Latin MTV Award .
He becomes Creative Director of Fire DDB and wins DDB Pinnacle for Best
Campaing of the Network.
He opens The Rock Instrument Bureau in 2005.
Juror & Member of the Art Directors Club NY.
Designs & Builds his first House, The Rock House, trying to reflect his own lifestyle
values in a real space. Writes & Produces The Color Harmony Book of Landia,
200 pages of theory and experimentation about color.
Wins a Grammy Award for Best Album Cover. (Gustavo Cerati Fuerza Natural)

Sebastian D’Ovidio. Managing Director.
Starts with a degree in Graphic Design at U.B.A.
In 1999 meets Roy Garcia and began to work as a team in Agulla & Baccetti.
Continue his career as Art Director in Fire DDB and turns as Acount Manager.
Since then share Awards with Roy as a team.
Company Management Master at IAE Bussines School.
His passion for the Tigre Delta gaves life to The Rock House.
When checks out the Agency, he try new recipes and cook for his family and friends.
Play drums every Friday.

Javier Auguste. Creative Director.
Starts his professional carrer at age 19 as an Art Director & Graphic Designer in the
advertising agency Agulla&Baccetti.
During this period won several awards as local & latinamerican Awards.
Works at Tiempo BBDO Madrid in Spain as Head of Art & Head of Graphic Design in
the Creative Department.
Starts his solo career working as a Consultant for fashion and music bands.
He join forces with the Rock Instrument Bureau as Creative Director.
Besides RIB, He develope his first Interior Design Project that is published in various
architecture magazines like Plot and Living, as a result of his permanent investigation
along design process.

Juan Pablo Borromei. Interactive Director.
Began web design and development in 2000.
Self-taught, has specialized in different courses and conferences in Argentina and
abroad. He completed his training by working in Belgium and Netherlands in 2006.
Together with his brother and co-pilot Luciano Borromei have always worked on his
own project Ingamana.com, from which have accompanied the web & mobile evolution
of that have occurred in the last decade.
Between 2004 and 2008 he served as professor at the Image Campus Institute,
Buenos Aires.
He led and participated in several interactive projects which have been awarded as
Interactive Advertising Bureau Gold & Silver Campaigns, Awwwards SOTD, Communications
and Arts WebPick, CSS Net Awards, Virtual Pint at Propaganda 3
and Luna de Oro at La Lluna Publicitat Valenciana.

Luciano Borromei. Interactive Director.
World Wide Web contributor since those days when Flash was not even called Flash
and not dreamed yet by Macromedia, not to say Adobe.
Founded their own company with his life-mate Juan Pablo Borromei and Nicolas Panfili,
crafting digital experiences in collaboration with advertising agencies from Argentina,
Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Germany, US and the Netherlands since 2002. Project distinctions
as Awwwards SOTD, Communications and Arts WebPick, CSS Net Awards,
Virtual Pint at Propaganda 3, Interactive Advertising Bureau Gold & Silver Campaigns,
and Luna de Oro at La Lluna Publicitat Valenciana, among others.
Between 2009 and 2011 served as instructor at IT Master Professional Training under
Maximiliano Firtman direction, teaching Mobile Web & UX related workshops for
school students and private companies.
Bass and guitar player at [mgo.name]. More than 70 hours of desert landscapes videos
to be edited someday.
